— Leads outsourced and co-sourced internal audits, as part of a solutions-based team.
— Provides consultation on audit, risk, and internal control guidance.
— Manages compliance engagements including Sarbanes-Oxley programs (SOX), and Module Audit Rule (MARS).
— Leads the analysis and evaluation of financial, operational, and technology-driven business processes and controls within the organization.
— Interprets accounting standards and regulatory requirements; identifies significant and pervasive risks.
— Documents and evaluates entity, general computer and application controls.
— Demonstrates strong project management expertise, including leading and mentoring staff and reviewing deliverables.
— Provides on-site risk advisory assistance to augment client's resources as needed.
— Collaborates with teams to assist in designing audit procedures and monitoring solutions.
— Leads small teams effectively, managing multiple projects and provides meaningful feedback in a timely manner.
— Updates leadership on issues and progress of solutions.
— Collaborates effectively with clients and all levels of the organization and facilitates strong working/client relationships.
— Partners on Business Development activities, including participating in new account meetings and creating and presenting related proposals.
— Minimum 7 years of experience working in public accounting, internal audit, or related consulting experience.
