— · Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Manufacturing discipline preferred; other degrees considered along with work experience with about 5 years in quality role.
— · Need to be able to demonstrate advanced statistical analysis skills including familiarity with Minitab or other statistical packages; advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office products applications.
— · Knowledge and practical application of quality tools including DOE, 8-D, FMEA, Control Plans and continuous improvement techniques; strong
— understanding of TS16949/ISO 9001 requirements.
— · Machining and fabrication knowledge or previous work history that may include experience in the ferrous and non-ferrous foundry industries or
— companies that build heavy hydraulic cylinder equipment.
— · Broad strategic vision and frontline focus with ability to meets trategic and tactical goals; demonstrate team participation and possess
— polished interpersonal skills; structured written and oral communication along with ability to do formal presentation skills.
