Обязанности:

  • . Validate existing baseline and coach PM resources on accurate methodologies for creating baselines.
  • . Develop IP on current HR trends.
  • . Create client's scope of requirements and specification design.
  • . Develop supplier strategies and be able to articulate advantages and disadvantages of the current supplier base.
  • . Validate evaluation criteria/scoring systems which will withstand supplier and client challenge.
  • . Gain stakeholder engagement at an appropriate operational level and influence effectively.
  • . Develop negotiation strategies and desired outcomes.
  • . Be able to deliver client recommendations and influence stakeholders to adopt them.
  • . Develop additional pipeline activities with the client as appropriate.
  • . Build and maintain a team of motivated, engaged and effective sourcing professionals supporting clients globally.
  • . Provide strategic leadership with respect to the development and execution of global -sourcing strategies related to global Human Resources spend.
  • . Establish and expand relationships with high profile clients across business units and global functions, including senior management.
  • . Lead complex, highly visible, negotiations with major vendors, as well as small, innovative and diverse firms.
  • . Manage preferred supplier relationships with major HR vendors that support all HR functions including benefits, labor, recruitment and relocation.
  • . Develop strategy and strategy documents that can be shared with clients and internal project managers.
  • . Provide leadership in a manner that contributes to a culture built on principles of innovation, collaboration, client focus, team work, continuous improvement, and empowerment.

  • . High proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • . Very strong and detailed knowledge of Excel formulations and analytical skills
  • Ability to:
  • . Manage several projects for different clients simultaneously
  • . Lead complex purchasing data analysis to draw strategic solutions to present to client
  • . Develop all aspects of a successful long term HR strategy customized to clients environment
  • . Seek and develop market research data and articulate reports of the findings
  • . Coordinate multiple projects concurrently and meet critical deadlines
  • . Make accurate mathematical calculations
  • . Be able to mentor project managers on the correct analytics and strategy conversations
  • . Develop and maintain accurate records and files
  • . Speak to highly complex organizational strategies and how the supplier base integrates into them
  • . Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of the work, in particular engaging with clients to develop trust
