  • * Develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects and growth opportunities within active and inactive accounts
  • * Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure profitable new business. This may include sales/solutions calls, networking/marketing activities, competitive analysis, coordination of presentations and proposals, and client meetings
  • * Work closely with Consulting team to strategize and build pipelines of quality solutions for use on company projects
  • * Develop an understanding of all services and offerings and be able to identify opportunities with prospective clients
  • * Build and maintain strong client relationships with customer base in the SF Bay Area area
  • * Leverage existing client relationships to expand service offerings in named accounts with existing activity in other geographies
  • * Create strategic and tactical plans to uncover and close a wide range of solutions based business within the firms breadth of services while embracing specific business development initiatives around market conditions
  • * Align our company solutions with both, prospect business goals and technical requirements.
  • * Meet regularly with Managing Director to review/coordinate sales efforts and build territory business plan


  • * Bachelor's degree
  • * Successful background driving revenue growth in comparable environment such as Technology/Financial solutions, Consulting Services, etc...
  • * Minimum of 3 years proven outside direct sales experience with focus in professional services environment, servicing a specific geography or vertical within the SF Bay Area
  • * Ability to call on the highest levels of decision makers in an organization with confidence for the areas represented (e.g., VP IT/Engineering, CFO, Director R & D, CIO, etc.)
  • * Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, matrix, highly competitive environment
  • * Self-motivated individual who exhibits sense of urgency in all sales and service related activity
  • * Exceptional communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills
  • * Strong emphasis on the ability to listen and present appropriate solutions.
