As a digital media manager you will oversee the development and execution of an affiliate marketing plan that outlines offer and promotional strategies to grow the brand.
— .Develops and executes an affiliate marketing plan
— .Build upon and drive our growing remarketing and retargeting initiatives across multiple platforms (eg. AdWords, Google Display Network, Facebook, Criteo, etc).
— .Manage all other aspects of digital marketing mix including display, comparative shopping engines, and pay per call.
— .Identify new partners and deploy new technologies to maximize online presence and optimize for new customer growth and retention.
— .Manage and collaborate with customer acquisition manager
— .Review metrics against expected/forecasted results
— .Provides clear direction to advertising production and MIS regarding every effort and project that this position oversees.
— .Responsible for gross margins and profitability to meet overall department goals.
— .4-year college degree or equivalent in marketing.
— .3-4 years' prior experience in affiliate and online marketing.
— .Proficient in Site Analytics Tool.
— .Google Adwords Certification a plus.
— .Must be able to handle multiple tasks with continual interruptions.
— .Strong verbal and written communication skills.
